Man charged with Bicester GBH
A MAN has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm after a knife attack in Bicester on Tuesday.
Kelly Stanley, aged 38, from Piddington Road in Ludgershall, was charged last night and was due to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court this morning.
The charge followed an incident at a home in Winterbourne Close, Kings End, at 9pm, where a 40-year-old man sustained a number of injuries, including knife wounds to his back and an injury to his ear.
The victim was treated in hospital but has since been discharged.
Det Sgt Andy Thompson, investigating, said: “This incident took place at a private address between two men who are known to each other.
“It was not a random incident and the community should have no cause for alarm.”
