Planning meeting to take place next week

TWO major housing developments in Buckingham are set to be discussed at a meeting of Aylesbury Vale District Council’s strategic development control committee on Wednesday, February 3.

The committee will consider three planning applications relating to the development opposite Tesco on London Road. Application 11/01961/ADP relates to the site infrastructure including the creation of a holding pond. Application 11/01531/ADP relates to Phase 1H, the erection of 54 homes. Application 11/01529/ADP relates to Phase 1F and 1G, the creation of 83 homes.

The committee will then conduct informal briefings relating to two applications. Number 11/02766/ADP also relates to the London Road development.

And 11/02724/APP relates to the erection of 80 homes on land to the north of Manor Park Farm, Moreton Road, Buckingham. The informal briefing is not open to the public.
