Speed dating for job seekers

JOBS: Young people can enjoy the recruitment equivalent of speed dating during the Northants Apprenticeship and Job Fair at Towcester Town Hall on Wednesday, April 18, from 2pm.
The free event for businesses, training providers, and young people will feature practical demonstrations and speed matching interviews.
The speed matching is series of three minute interviews for people aged 16 to 19 where they can quiz employers and training providers about what they can offer. It also gives employers a chance to get to know potential employees and may offer a formal interview.
Lauren Wyatt, Connexions Choices Advisor, said the similar events have been successful and that they build confidence.
