Student rooms scheme to go before planners

BUCKINGHAM: On Monday night, Buckingham Town Council’s planning committee will consider an application by the University of Buckingham to build 57 student rooms on land in Chandos Road.

The plan is for the rooms to be contained within eight student flats on the site of the former Fir Cottage bungalow, which has now been demolished.

AVDC planning application number 12/01770. Closing date for comments September 26.
