Things on the up for Radstone house builder
A national house builder has said work could commence on some of the 1,000 homes set for the Radstone Fields development in Brackley with in the year.
In May 2011 South Northants Council granted outline permission for proposals by Barrett Strategic and Taylor Wimpey.
This week Barratt Homes announced they would begin building 240 homes in Brackley during the next year, and 150 homes in Brixworth.
In a statement Barratt said they had seen a 60 per cent increase in sales across the region.
Sales director Sue Blackman added: “Buyer confidence is steadily improving and we’re seeing encouraging demand for our homes. The fact that we are starting new sites is also good news for local sub-contractors and the supply chain.”
