Warning after silverware stolen from church

Police are reminding local churches to be vigilant after a church in Great Horwood was burgled.

Silverware was stolen from St James’ Church between Wednesday and SundayFeburary 13 and 17, after thieves found a key to the vestry.

It is thought the burglary occurred while the church was unlocked in the daytime.
