A 59-acre site with planning permission for up to 198 homes has been put up for sale.
The development land, at Wood Burcote, near Towcester is being sold by Jackson-Stops and Staff and interested bidders have up until September 18 to put in an offer.
South Northants Council granted outline planning permission for the site in December last year subject to a section 106 agreement.
The agreement requires the development to include a public park no smaller than 32.1 acres, a contribution of around £533,000 towards the maintenance of the park, a contribution towards primary school education and for the land along the Burcote Road frontage to be transferred for ‘road widening purposes’.
There is no affordable housing planned for the site.
