Police are appealing for witnesses to a recent burglary.

Two people broke into the Co-operative food store, High Street, Brackley, on July 15, between 4.10am and 4.20am.

After breaking into the shop, the offenders attempted to get into the cigarette cabinet but were unsuccessful. They left the premises and drove off in a black BMW 3 series car.

CCTV footage shows two offenders, both wearing black trousers and black hooded tops, with their faces covered. They were carrying a green, collapsible bag and one of the offenders was wearing white trainers.

Witnesses, or anyone with information, are asked to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
