Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was stolen in a burglary in Winslow on Tuesday.

Burglars forced entry to a house in Park Road South at 6.15pm and stole money, jewellery and the keys to a grey BMW 320 Coupe, in which they drove off along the A413 towards Padbury.

The vehicle was seen a few minutes later, still on the A413, driving dangerously towards Buckingham.

Police are appealing for anyone who saw any suspicious activity near the burglary, or saw the stolen vehicle, to contact PC Nicola Ambrose from Aylesbury Police Station via the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.

If you don’t want to speak directly to the police you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at www.crimestoppers-uk.org. No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.
