Brackley Community Carnival needs you and your talent!

Organisers of this year’s event are hoping to encourage anyone who has a talent to share it on the community stage. The theme this year will be Anything Goes, and alongside the traditional procession through the town on June 14 there will also be entertainment from mobile zoo Animal Mania, the Vander Brothers’ Wheel of Death and Circus Whiz, circus skills workshops. Team Carnival chairman Mark Stopps said: “We are in need of more people to help us both on the day, to help us run the event and to organise the event, and for new ideas because that is key. It is very much a community event and we want the community to be part of it.” If you would like to perform on the stage or help out in any way contact Mr Stopps on 07778 629876.

Pictured at last year’s carnival is Nicola Kuhn with Dodger the Shetland pony.
