All funds raised from Buckingham Table’s beer festival this month will go to support Myeloma UK, in memory of a popular Buckingham resident.
Adrian Barton passed away very suddenly in April last year with multiple myeloma and secondary amyloidosis, at the age of just 38.
Buckingham Table’s third Midsummer Festivale takes place at The Woolpack, on Well Street, Buckingham, from 5pm on Friday, June 20, to Sunday June 22.
The weekend promises a wide selection of excellent and unusual draft beers, some local and others from further afield.
There is also a selection of ciders and, for the first time, a pilsner lager.
On the Friday night, there will be live music by The Cantells and barbecue food will be served over the weekend along with a full menu of food.
We will also be holding a raffle with some excellent prizes so please come ready to not only have fun but support a great cause.
Mr Barton’s fiancee, Kelly Smith, said she was delighted Buckingham Table had selected Myeloma UK to benefit from the 2014 Midsummr Festivale and encouraged local people to support the event.
