Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) Anthony Stansfeld,will be holding a public meeting in Aylesbury on Thursday night.
Together with deputy local police area commander Olly Wright, Mr Stansfeld will meet and greet residents and deliver presentations about the role of the PCC and local policing in Aylesbury Vale.
The community safety manager for Aylesbury Vale District Council, Kay Aitken, will also speak about the work the district council carries out in the area.
Residents can also ask questions and feedback any concerns they have about policing and crime.
Mr Stansfeld said: “This event is a good opportunity to engage with the public further about policing and crime in their area.
“It will also be a chance for residents to ask questions or feedback any concerns.
“It is important to me that communities are kept informed and their views are heard so I would encourage as many people to attend as possible.”
The meeting is at 7pm at the Aylesbury Vale Multi-Cultural Centre, in Friarscroft Way, Aylesbury.
