Police are appealing for information after a man was headbutted on Saturday, May 10.

The 35-year-old man was walking from Willow Drive across the green towards Southwold School, Bicester, between about 5pm to 5.10pm on Saturday, May 10, when he was grabbed by a man, who headbutted him.

The offender then walked away from the scene in the opposite direction of the school.

The offender is white, in his late 30s to early 40s, of stocky build, about 6ft tall, clean shaven, with dark eyes and short, dark hair.

He was wearing a waist-length black leather jacket, a dark blue shirt and dark blue straight-cut jeans.

The victim sustained a swollen cheekbone, but did not require hospital treatment.
