Arts and crafts and fun and games are on offer to youngsters over the school holidays with the return of the Summer Hub.
From Monday, June 23, parents can begin registering children aged between five and 15-years-old for the weekday hubs which will take place in Banbury, Bicester and Bloxham in July and August. The hubs are organised by Cherwell District Council.
Lead by a team of qualified and checked instructors, youngsters will be able to enjoy a variety of activities including arts and crafts, fun and games and sports over a six-week period.
In Bicester, the hubs will run every weekday from July 28 until August 29 at Cooper School. There will also be extra hubs from July 23 to 25 at Cooper School.
Other activities include sporting activities such as hockey, netball, football, archery, trampolining and dodgeball.
Sessions cost £12.95 for a standard session from 8.45am to 3pm or £16.95 for an extended session from 8.45am to 5pm. Age groups will be split accordingly and lunch will be supervised although not provided. Places are limited and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis.
