Wheels stolen from lorries in Bicester

Thieves sawed through a wooden fence and stole wheels and tyres from three lorries in Bicester last month.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after the theft which took place between 7pm on March 21, and 1.10am on March 24.

After sawing through the fence, the thieves entered a lorry compound at The Garth, Launton Road.

Once inside the compound they removed wheels and tyres from three rigid lorries and left taking a total of 13 wheels and tyres.

If anyone saw a strange vehicle in the area around this time or noticed anyone acting suspiciously, call PC Neil Dyson from Bicester police station via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
