THE Core Group annual summer art and craft exhibition held in the Chantry Chapel, Buckingham, is ten years old this year.

To celebrate, Tlws Johnson, one of the members of the Core Group of local artists, has designed and made a beautiful glass plate that combines the Core Group logo of an apple and the Norman zigzag carving round the door way of the Chantry Chapel, the oldest building in Buckingham.

The plate is to be the prize in a free draw for visitors to the exhibition. It will be on show with all the other quality hand made and unique exhibits that include textiles, sculpture, glass, ceramics and jewellery.

The exhibition runs from June 25 to July 3 from 10am to 5pm every day except for the last day when the draw will made at 4pm when the show closes.
