DOG lovers can help raise money for Ardley Rescue Kennels at a three-day beer festival at The Trigger Pond in Bucknell from Friday, June 15, to Sunday, June 17.

All proceeds will go to charity. The weekend will kick off with a live charity auction from 7.30pm onwards on the Friday night.

Throughout the weekend, visitors can sample a selection of ales and scrumpy ciders.

A barbecue and pig roast will be laid on, as well as entertainment including live music and morris dancers. Ardley Rescue Kennels will also be hosting a cake stall as part of the festival.

Founded in 1997 by Mark and Annabelle Pottle, the rescue centre has re-homed more than 2,000 dogs with the help of local people.
