An episode of BBC TV’s Antiques Roadshow filmed at Stowe House last July was shown on Sunday.

Interesting items featured included a 16th-century print by Albrecht Durer, estimated to be worth £20,000 and a rare and unique stool designed by Francis Bacon.

The experts also valued some of the objects within the Stowe House collection, including an assortment of Beatles memorabilia from a gig at Stowe School in 1963.

The second episode filmed at Stowe House will be screened on May 12.
