A FORMER England international rugby player has become the latest big name to back a life skills course in Northants.

Former England and Northampton Saints player Ben Cohen MBE visited Towcester Town Hall on Wednesday, February 29, to mark the completion of a Move-In4ward Life Skills course organised by a social housing provider.

In November Mercedes Petronas F1 team boss Ross Brawn also helped celebrate the graduation of course participants.

The Move-In4ward Life Skills course has been set up by the award-winning housing association South Northants Homes in partnership with other community organisations.

A spokesman for SNH said: “The course has enjoyed huge success with some candidates going on to get jobs or volunteering.

“The aim has been to teach practical skills as well as confidence and motivation using neuro-linguistic programming.”
