A 27-YEAR-OLD man from Wollaston, who dreams of nothing but sausages, will be one of the star attractions at next month’s Towcester Sausage and Cider Festival.

After the success of their recent beer festival the Towcestrians have organised the gastronmic festival to take place on the Diamond Jubilee Bank Holiday Monday (June 4).

Duncan Brown is the son of a pig farmer and will be one of three sausage makers featured alongside 30 real ciders.

Duncan, who lives in Northampton, prides himself on his use of natural ingredients and constant innovation. He said: “I eat, sleep and dream sausages. I spend endless days creating my recipes and nothing gives me more satisfaction than when someone tries one for the first time, and their eyes open wide with delight.”
