Winslow takes the lead on library’s future

ALL those concerned about the future of Winslow Library are invited to attend a public meeting at Winslow Public Hall on Tuesday, January 18.

The event has been organised by Winslow Town Council, after a meeting run by Bucks County Council in November drew about 150 concerned residents but provided very little information.

The town council has now taken responsibility to move things on by hosting the 8pm meeting.

A town council spokesman said: “If you care about securing the future of the library in Winslow and want to help do something about it, then please join us to share your thoughts and ideas.”
