Police are appealing for a witness after a car chase which ended in King’s Sutton.
At around 1.15pm on Monday, May 27, the driver of a silver BMW 3 series refused to stop for police in Banbury town centre. Assisted by the police helicopter the BMW was pursued through surrounding villages before it was stopped in Astrop Road, King’s Sutton.
Investigating officer PC Reece Millar, of Banbury police station, said: “During the pursuit a member of the public moved out of the way of the BMW in Astrop Road in King’s Sutton and we would very much like to speak to them.”

Three boys, aged 17, 16 and 15 were arrested in connection with the pursuit and released on bail.
One will answer bail on June 14 while the other two will answer bail on June 30.
