British Transport Police (BTP) officers have today released CCTV images as they continue to appeal for information following an alleged assault on a train.

The incident is alleged to have taken place at on board a train travelling between London Euston and Northampton at about 12.40pm on Tuesday, November 25.

The train was between Euston and Watford Junction at the time of the alleged assault.

Investigating officer PC Lee Garner said: “I am today in a position to release CCTV images of a woman I would like to speak to, as I believe she will have key information which could assist our investigation.”

Anyone who witnessed the incident, or who recognises the woman in the CCTV image, can call British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 40 50 40 or text 61016 quoting incident reference MSUB/B3 of 06/01/15.
