Brackley FC fall to highflying New Inn team

DARTS: New Inn A have gone further ahead at the top of Division One in the Buckingham & Winslow League and now have 143 points from 15 wins from 15 played, the latest being an 8-1 home win over Division Two leaders Brackley FC.

Rocking Horse, second in Division One with 135 points, claimed their match as Phoenix could not raise a team. Phoenix are fifth on 65 points.

Swan A are third on 102 points after winning at home 7-2 over Division One basement team Great Horwood Cricket Club A, who have 58 points.

New Inn C, who stay second in Division Two on 83 points, had the bye this week, but New Inn B have closed the gap to just four points, after winning 5-4 away at Cuckoos Nest.Blackbird also won away 6-3 at Division Two basement team Green Man to stay fourth on 73points. Green Man have 32 points.

In Divisions Three and Four, Whale B are now 19 points ahead of second place after winning 5-4 away at Kings Head B, who are fifth in Division Three with 94 points. Whale B have 129 points from 15 wins out of 17 matches played.

Two Brewers B are second in Division Three with 110 points and a game in hand after winning 9-0 at Great Horwood Cricket Club B, who remain at the foot of Division Four with 35 points.

Swan B are a close third in Division Three with 107 points, after winning 7-2 at Two Brewers A.

Stratton Arms are fourth in Division Three with 96 points following an 8-1 success at home over Crown Twyford.

Three Cups D are 19 points ahead of second place in Division Four with 128 points after also winning away 7-2 at Kings Head A, who are fourth in Division Four with 82 points. Buckingham Cricket Club are now up to second in Division Four with 107 points after winning 6-3 at Division Three basement team Three Cups C.
