HAVING already been crowned champions, the Barbarians finished off the season in style following a 6-3 win over 2LF in the final round of matches in Division One of the Buckingham six-a-side league.

The result meant that 2LF have been relegated to Division Two while Swan Show also bow out of the league as do Ken Baters Allstars with many of their players leaving for University.

In Division Two, the league title was decided with the last kick of the final game of the season.

After FC Buckingham had won their earlier fixture 4-0 against Sweeney FC, Lloyd Allstars required a point from their game with Crown & Glory.

With seconds remaining, Lloyds were 3-2 down but scored a dramatic equaliser to win the title by one goal on goal difference.

Meanwhile, Dilligaf United finished in third having won their final game 6-3 over Hardly Athletic.

Athletic themselves then won their last game when they beat Sweeney FC 5-4.
