Buckingham Golf Club held its annual Club Championship last weekend.
Held over two days, 116 men and 15 ladies took part, with the top 45 men and all 15 ladies making it through to the second day of medal play.
On day one, competitors went out in handicap order with the lower handicappers teeing off first.
Steve Clarke, playing off +1, recorded a gross 69 for a nett 70, while Mark Rimell scored 70 for a nett 69 and Robin Long was third in the gross order as he hit 73.
On the second day, the playing order was reversed so those leading teed off at the back of the field.
In strong wind, Adam Leetham, Shawn Ream, Ian Ream and Dermot Haughian climbed up the leaderboard, but it was Clarke who ran out the scratch winner after shooting an aggregate score of 145, two strokes clear of Rimell and a further shot ahead of Robin Long.
Steve Lewis won the nett competition with a nett 139, while Shawn Ream took the runner up spot on 140.
He edged out Dave Hayes and Greg Morris on countback.
