THIS was the scene in Towcester earlier this month when the final tiles were laid at Towcester's new health centre.
Towcester mayor, Cllr Charles Stanger, was joined by Dr Arif Supple and his wife Charlotte as the final touches were made to the centre on Swinneyford Road.

The centre, which is an extension of the existing medical centre, is expected to open to patients in the spring.

Cllr Stanger said: "This is a flagship for us. With the development and expansion of Towcester in the planning stages we have got one chance to get it right.

"This will be a major benefit to the people of Towcester."

The existing centre will also be refurbished in due course.
