Fire at village business park

HOUSES were evacuated following a fire at a business park in Blisworth on Tuesday night (01/07).
Firefighters from Daventry, Moulton, The Mounts and Mereway were called to the JBJ Business Centre in Blisworth at about 8.15pm to tackle the fire. Firefighters are still at the scene.

The building contained cylinders of oxygen, propane and argon.

Tyres, a portable builders' generator, forklift truck and a cage of cylinders were destroyed during the blaze. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
