MORE than 1,000 people descended on Buckingham town centre on Sunday for the annual Band Jam in the Market event.
The Advertiser & Review's Chief Photographer, Jake McNulty, was on hand to capture the action. Click on Play for a slideshow of images from the event.

Several bands, local and from further afield, entertained the crowd throughout the day with around 1,300 estimated to have been at the event at one point.

From 1pm, musicians including Joss Band, Aurura Shadow, The Swamis, Fire Tones and Lion Sex took to the stage in Market Hill, with music carrying on well into the evening.

Buckingham town councillor Robin Stuchbury, said: "We never dropped below 500 people all day. We had grandparents, grandchildren, mums, dads and babies, so it was a real family day out. There was everything from glam rock to punk – it was a mixed bag."

There was also a barbecue and a French market in the Cattle Pens.

Cllr Stuchbury thanked local companies for their help, including Paragon Power and Events Services which provided lighting, and Natco Foods, based at the Swan Business Park.
