HUNDREDS of people enjoyed flavours of the district and beyond during the fourth Brackley Food Festival last weekend.

More than two dozen stalls filled Brackley Piazza and Town Hall on Sunday, including many local businesses and an Italian Market.

The festival is organised by the chair of the Community Carnival committee Julie Moore who said: “It just gives people the chance to see what’s out there. For example Belflair Chocolate, they have a shop in Banbury but they live and have a factory shop in Brackley. It’s good for them to be in the town centre showing people what they do.”

Ms Moore said moving the festival to a Sunday meant Brackley Butchers were also able attend and a good crowd gathered to watch their sausage making and butchery demonstration.
