Moonlight Sonata in village church

A village church hosts a performance of Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonata and Elgar’s Violin Sonata on Sunday, September 14.

The concert, at 3pm at King’s Sutton Parish Church, features prizewinning pianist Viv McLean and violinist player Chris Windass.

Viv McLean won first prize at the 2002 Maria Canals International Piano Competition in Barcelona and has performed with many top international orchestras.

Chris Windass studied violin and viala at Birmingham Conservatoire and has a busy career as an orchestral player and chamber musician.

Entry £12, £10 concessions, children free.
