Aylesbury Vale and Buckinghamshire residents asked for their views on new Vehicle Removal Policy
These circumstances include:
Parked vehicles that cause a serious obstruction to emergency services and other road users.
Vehicles parked in a disabled-person’s parking bay without displaying a disabled blue badge.

Fraudulent use of a disabled-person’s parking blue badge (whether it is genuine or counterfeit).
Persistent evaders - where there are five or more recorded parking contraventions for the vehicle and for which the penalties have not been paid.
Fraudulent use of a Buckinghamshire Council pay-and-display parking ticket, parking permit or voucher (including cashless parking and virtual permits).

The consultation is open from Thursday 18 February to Friday 5 March.
David Martin, Cabinet Member for Logistics, said:
“Illegally parked vehicles not only cause a public nuisance, but in some cases can prove to be dangerous to drivers, cyclists and pedestrians.
"There are also drivers who have not given DVLA appropriate vehicle ownership details, which makes unpaid parking charges and penalties difficult to recover; and costs our council taxpayers a considerable amount of money.
“Buckinghamshire Council’s draft Vehicle Removal Policy addresses these issues in favour of residents who do the right thing, play by the rules and don’t try to cheat the system.
