Brackley designer stirs up the fashion world with tea-inspired dress during London Fashion Week
Brackley designer Brad Dykes turned heads at London Fashion Week with a bespoke design for a tea company.
The striking outfit, made up of packages from tea company Drink Me, was worn by model Liz Day, also from Brackley.
Mr Dykes, 27, was a student at Magdalen College School before going on to study a Masters in fashion with business studies at Brighton University.
He says: “I have always designed around the idea of movement. Although this was a big gown it had a lot of elements that allowed a lot of movement.”
After his studies, Mr Dykes studied as an intern in Los Angeles , designing outfits for the likes of Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake. He now works out of London where his label Style Armell has become well-known in the Latin and ballroom dance scene.
