As you might expect, there’s plenty to choose from. Want some variety? How about the Lounge India special, with chicken tikka, tandoori king prawn and seekh kebab.

Or try delicious chicken momo, minced meat cooked in butter and infused with coriander and fresh spring onions. Garlic king prawns or garlic mushrooms are classic favourites, alongside samosas and kebabs. A popular choice is the platter, with lamb chops, tandoori king prawn, seekh kebab, chicken tikka and onion bhaji.

Main course

Whether you like your curry hot, hot, hot, smooth and creamy or served up with a whole new flavour, there are choices to suit all palates.

From jalfrezi to rogan josh, through dhansak, biryani, tandoor, bhuna and vindaloo, the classic dishes are all there.

Vegetarians will enjoy the tarka saag dahl, anarkali butterbean and chickpea special or the medium hot sabzi shashlick bhuna.

Of course, not every member of your party will enjoy a taste of India, so simple dishes such as omelettes or a steak dinner will go down a treat.
