Santa and his elves arrive at Mead Open Farm’s Christmas Kingdom tomorrow (Saturday) to stay in their marvellous sparkly Christmas village.
Children will be welcomed to the Christmas Kingdom with an enchanting 3D film which tells a Christmas story. Then they can wander through the beautifully decorated Christmas Village and make magical reindeer food to take home before the most exciting bit - meeting Santa himself and choosing a fantastic gift from his toy shop.
Santa said: “I love coming to the Christmas Kingdom and meeting all the children.”
A ticket to the Christmas Kingdom combines a range of activities with plenty of farm fun to deliver a festive and fun day out for the whole family. After visiting Santa there are still lots of animals to feed and stroke and Shaggy’s huge indoor PlayWorld to run around in. As well as saying hello to Santa’s real reindeer friends.
The Christmas Kingdom is open daily 10am - 6.30pm from Saturday (November 28) through to Christmas Eve (Thursday December 24).
Booking ahead online at www.meadopenfarm.co.uk is advisable as there are savings to be had on the gate entry price, and you can book a specific date and time slot to avoid the queues and guarantee your child will get their magical moment with Santa.
Tickets to the Christmas Kingdom start at £9.95 per child on weekdays in term time and go up to £13.50 for a Christmas Eve slot (£16 on the gate) which includes full entry to the farm, all animal activities, Shaggy’s PlayWorld and the Christmas gift from Santa’s toy shop. The last visit to Santa each day will be 5.30pm except on Christmas Eve when the last entry to the farm near Leighton Buzzard will be 2pm, the last visit to Santa will be 2.30pm and the farm will close at 3pm.
