An award-winning singer songwriter makes his first appearance at The Song Loft folk club tonight, Friday.
Phil Underwood is a British folk/roots singer songwriter playing folk, cajun, blues, appalachian, French and his own traditionally influenced songs and tunes.
He has received three international awards for his playing and has appeared on eight albums in the UK, Europe and the USA.
Internationally recognised for his skill on the cajun one-row accordion, Phil also plays guitar, fiddle, melodeon and percussion.
He is a member of the acclaimed Creole Brothers.
He lives on a canal boat and is now writing new songs for the canal.
Phil is appearing at The Song Loft, at the Cock Hotel, Stony Stratford, at 8.15pm. Tickets £7 on the door.
