Aylesbury star Andy Collins to host BBC Three Counties breakfast show

Our very own Andy Collins will be the new voice of weekday mornings on Three Counties Radio as of Monday 20 June. The comedian and Waterside panto star will, say bosses, bring a bright and breezy approach to life across Beds, Herts and Bucks.

Collins, who is most recognised as the warm up act for Strictly Come Dancing, Britain’s Got Talent and The Jonathan Ross, will be setting up listeners for their working day from 6am to 9am.

Mr Collins, a father-of-two, has lived in Aylesbury for more than ten years, he says he is excited to start the show: “I’m looking forward to kick-starting the day for the people of Beds, Bucks and Herts. We’ve a number of new features which should put a smile on their faces first thing, while celebrating our wonderful county.”

BBC Three Counties broadcasts on 103.8FM and 95.5FM on DAB Digital Radio.
