Blaze spreads from bin fire

ARSON: Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a wheelie bin was set on fire in Bicester last weekend.

The bin, which had been left in an alleyway between Campbell Close and Chichester Close, was set alight at about 1.30am on Saturday, July 7.

The fire spread to the garden fence and garage of a house in Chichester Close, before setting light to a garden shed in Campbell Close.

One man suffered smoke inhalation while attempting to tackle the fire but did not require hospital treatment.
