BUCKINGHAM is featured in an episode of the BBC2 TV programme Antiques Road Trip, to be screened on Friday, March 16.
Back in October, antique experts Anita Manning and James Lewis came to Buckingham to film the show.
They spent an hour hunting bargains at Buckingham Flea Market, before Ms Manning moved on to be shown round the Old Gaol.
Old Gaol trustee Helene Hill and curator Tony Webster spent two hours filming and talking to Ms Manning about the museum and the Flora Thompson Collection before the director took the cameras round the town itself.
The Old Gaol is host to the Flora Thompson Collection, as Flora Thompson, author of Lark Rise To Candleford, admitted that the fictional town of Candleford was based on Buckingham.
The episode of Antiques Road Trip is being shown from 5.10pm to 5.55pm.
