A new Bicester housing development is tempting buyers with an innovative part-exchange scheme.

Buyers interested in a new home in David Wilson Mercia’s De Lacy Fields development can move up to a larger home without having to worry about finding a buyer.

The housebuilder is offering full market value of existing homes, plus an extra five per cent towards the cost of their new home.

David Wilson Mercia sales manager Steve Barton said: “Part-exchange is a fantastic scheme but for now, we’re giving our customers at De Lacy Fields the chance to achieve the best-possible value for their existing property with the offer of 105 per cent part-exchange.

“The process is simple, we will arrange for your existing property to be valued by two independent surveyors and then we will make you a fair offer based on these valuations – that’s the 100 per cent part-exchange value.”

De Lacy Fields buyers also get an extra five per cent.

The development is part of Countryside Properties’ Kingsmere scheme. Contact the sales centre on 01869 253019 for details.
