Congregations bearing Witness at convention

JEHOVAH’S Witnesses throughout the region will be attending a massive convention in Milton Keynes next weekend.

More than 8,000 people are expected to attend the three-day event, from Friday to Sunday, July 22 to 24 at stadium:mk

The theme of this year’s convention is Let God’s Kingdom Come, aiming to answer questions such as ‘What is God’s Kingdom?’ and ‘When will It Come?’

All congregation members in the local area, including Buckingham, Winslow, Bicester and Towcester, will be receiving hand-delivered invitations.

The event also provides the opportunity for those who wish to become Jehovah’s Witnesses to be baptised, in a full water immersion ceremony at Watling Way Centre, in Stony Stratford.
