Christopher David Cullen, aged 47, of Walton Place, Weston Turville, on 15 January 2020 drove a vehicle after consuming alcohol to the proportion of 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit Contrary to section 5(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 25 months. Community Order made. To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £90. To pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Nigel Benn, aged 55, of Treves Green, Aylesbury, on 24/12/19,31/12/19 and 02/01/20 failed to attend appointments at Aylesbury probation office without reasonable excuse. Fined £120. To pay costs of £60.
