Lights stolen from transit vans in village

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after lights were stolen from transit vans in Bicester.

Between 5pm on Friday, August 26, and 7am on Tuesday, August 30, two rear light fitments and eight rear light lenses were stolen from five Ford transit vans at Continental Landscapes on Weston Farm, Weston on the Green.

PC Nicola Lewis, from Banbury police station, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who noticed suspicious people or a vehicle in the area at the time of the incident, as the information may be vital in our investigation.

“I would also ask anyone who has been offered light fitments or casings that fit the above description to contact police.”
