A man has been charged after a minibus overturned on the M40 north of Bicester in June last year.

Mark Nicholson, 34, of Abbey Hills Road, Oldham, Lancs, was charged with driving dangerously, driving without insurance and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

A minibus carrying 16 people lost control and overturned on the southbound M40 motorway between junctions 12 and 11 on June 9 last year.

The driver and passengers were all taken to hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
