Entries are now open for this year’s Mix 96 Tour de Vale which is being held in June.
An initial allocation of 2,000 places are available on a first come first served basis for the ride.
Based on the demand of the previous year’s events, organisers are expecting another sell-out.
Cyclists will have the chance to dress up for the occasion with the first ever official Mix96 Tour de Vale jersey available priced at £29.
The fundraising bike ride is in aid of Stoke Mandeville Stadium based charity WheelPower, and it has helped transform the lives of thousands of disabled adults and children in the 13 years since it began.
WheelPower’s Tour de Vale director Jo Hall said: “In 2015 our riders raised over £62,000 for WheelPower, an incredible total which makes a huge difference to the charity and the people we support.
“From a relatively small local bike ride, the Tour de Vale has grown into one of the most popular sporting events in Buckinghamshire and we are so thankful for many cyclists who take part.
“We look forward to again welcoming the many cyclists of all ages and abilities who come from all around the Aylesbury Vale and beyond to take part.”
There will be three routes taking cyclists through the countryside and surrounding villages.
Advanced entries (which close Wednesday June 22) are £15 for adults and free for children under 16 with an accompanying adult.
Helmets are compulsory for the event which starts and finishes is at Stoke Mandeville Stadium.
