WILDLIFE EVENING: Find out more about local wildlife at a free evening event in Buckingham on Monday, April 2.

The wildlife event, from 7.30pm to 9pm, will be led by Aylesbury Vale District Council biodiversity officer Paul Holton, accompanied by the North Bucks Bat Group.

As well as looking closely at frogs, toads, newts and other creatures in the Railway Walk pond, people will be able to observe and listen to bats as they fly overhead, with the aid of torches and bat detectors supplied by the bat group.

Suitable for people of all ages. Wear warm outdoor clothes and boots and bring a torch. Meet in the university car park at the bottom of Chandos Road.
