Karim Jellal, 35, Witham Way, Aylesbury: deposited a quantity of broken concrete in Marsh Lane, Aylesbury and later in Blackwater Drive, Aylesbury, without an environmental permit. Fined £320, ordered to pay compensation of £280, a victim surcharge of £32 and to pay costs of £740.

Jamal Buckle, 20, HM Youth Custody Centre, Bierton Road, Aylesbury: assaulted prison officers in the execution of their duties on two separate occasions. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Darren Martin, 49, Badrick Close, Aylesbury: assaulted a man by beating at McDonalds restaurant, Bicester Road, Aylesbury. Committed to prison for 16 weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £50.
