February 5:

Oliver Nightingale, 20, Walnut Drive, Wendover: drove a Toyota Yaris on Weston Road, Aston Clinton, while having a quantity of a controlled drug in his blood. Guilty plea entered. Fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and £85 in costs to the CPS. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Sheldon Gurnett, 30, Chantry Road, Aylesbury: drove a Volkswagen Golf on Bicester Road, Aylesbury while over the alcohol limit. Guilty plea entered. Given a suspended eight-week prison sentence. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 in costs to the CPS.

Habad Hussain, 34, Humber Drive, Aylesbury

February 6:

Sonia Bosley, 40, Bicester Road, Twyford: drove a Ford Fiesta on Launton Road, Bicester while over the alcohol limit. Guilty plea entered. Fined £60.

Allen Stoner, 48, Lower Street, Quainton: drove a Mazda 3 dangerously on Chearsley Road, Long Crendon. Guilty plea entered. Defendant ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work within a year. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85 to the CPS.

February 8:

Sarah Parker, 50, Honeycomb Way, Buckingham: drove a Peugeot on the A413 in Whitchurch without a licence or insurance. Fined £180, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding a licence for 12 months.

Adam Freeman, 32, Oliffe Close, Aylesbury: Acting in a drunk and disorderly manner in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury. Guilty plea entered. Fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85 to the CPS.
