Meat and drink shoplifted


A man has been charged with theft, after alcohol and meat were stolen from town centre stores.

Shannon Price, aged 25, of no fixed abode, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft on Friday, September 12.

The charges are in connection with the theft of alcohol worth £10 from Sainsbury’s, in Pioneer Square, Bicester, on Friday, and the theft of meat from Marks & Spencer, in Sheep Street, Bicester, on August 18.

He has been bailed to appear at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 29.
