Music students got the chance to cut their teeth on the stage at a village music event.
Twelve bands and musicians performed around 10 hours of live music at Twyfest Rock @ the Rec last weekend including students from Bittersweet Music.
The genres ranged from American country rock through to acoustic and covers.
The event raises money for Twyford Village Hall and this is the ninth year Twyfest has run.
Organiser and village hall trustee, David Charles, said around 250 people attended on the day.
He said: “It was a great atmosphere. Across the whole day, the weather was brilliant and it was nice to see lots of faces from all over coming to support the bands.
“One of the features was a performance by Bittersweet Music.
“It was great to give up and coming musicians an opportunity to perform on stage and in front of an audience.”
He added it was not yet known how much was raised at the event, but previous Twyfests have raised in the region of £1,500.
Some of the acts performing at Twyfest were The Spokes, Trashcan Rocket, Sisters of Duras, If Summer Could Sing, Harry and the Bridesmaids and Fraser and Toots.
